To assist with the planning, management, and operations of National Trust Historic Sites, this section of the NTHS Blog provides a variety of resources and is continually growing and changing. Some sections are public and others are password-protected.
Attendance
Monthly Impact Reports were introduced in January 2011 and measure monthly attendance, online engagement, and national impact. Each Site is provided with a report form specially designed in Excel for their Site and includes automatically-calculated monthly and annual reports, a sample form, and instructions. These Impact Reports tie into a Dashboard, a quarterly report that provides comparisons and analysis to measure performance for staff and boards. Dashboards are only available to participating Sites. Stewardship Sites place their updated file into R:\Sites\Impact Reports or send to Susannah_Rast@nthp.org. Co-Stewardship Sites should send their updated report to Susannah_Rast@nthp.org.

Labs
This section lists some of the new, experimental, or pilot projects underway to improve and enhance the management, activities, or programs among National Trust Historic Sites. Current topics include site photography, environmental management, and measuring success. Because many of these projects are under development and not ready to be shared with the larger historic sites community, they may be protected by password.
