Damage/ Incident Reporting and Insurance at National Trust Historic Sites

If there has been damage to buildings or collections at a National Trust Historic Site, the Site staff should directly notify our insurance brokers Maury, Donnelly, & Parr, National Trust Insurance Services, as soon as possible after the incident (requested within 48 hours) by submitting this NTHP Damage/ Incident Report Form. The point-person in the office for claims at our Sites is Territa Sullivan, who can be reached on tsullivan@mdpins.com , telephone 410-547-3267 or fax 443-524-0959. Please email or fax the claim form directly to Territa Sullivan (e-mail is preferred), and also send a copy to:

Maury, Donnelly & Parr will be responsible for following up with the Sites’ staff about the claim and completing subsequent reporting procedures. Leslie Kamrad, Katherine Malone-France and Lyn Moriarity will report claims internally to the appropriate parties within the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
