If there has been damage to museum collections at a National Trust Historic Site, the Site staff should notify our insurance brokers Maury, Donnelly, & Parr, as soon as possible after the incident (requested within 48 hours) by submitting this Incident Report Form. Please fax the form to 443-524-0959 or email it to tsullivan@mdpins.com. E-mail is preferred. Please copy Georgene Murray, the National Trust’s Benefits and Risk Manager, Barbara Campagna, the Graham Gund Architect, and Terri Anderson, the Director of Museum Collections. Maury, Donnelly & Parr will be responsible for following up with the Sites’ staff about the claim and completing subsequent reporting procedures. Georgene Murray, Barbara Campagna, and Terri Anderson will report claims internally to the appropriate parties within the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
